CLUB LOTTO

The 3 ball lotto tickets will only be sold by persons affiliated to the club:
  1. Committee members
  2. Team support staff
  3. Players
  4. Supporters (vetted by the committee)
All money collected through the week will be handed to the responsible person for the draw no later than 19.00 hrs at the Waterfront (Trearddur Bay).

Should any tickets be handed in which are unclear as to the selection of the numbers, a refund will be given to the buyer or to the ticket seller if present, alternatively the money will be returned during the week to the ticket buyer prior to the next draw.

3 numbers will be selected at random during the draw by numbered balls drawn out of a bag by an independent person not affiliated to the club.

All tickets and sheets will be checked by committee approved personnel and at no time will tickets be checked by anyone else other than committee approved personnel.

Winning ticket holder(s) will be informed of the win on the day/day after the draw, Also results will be published in the Holyhead & Anglesey Mail and displayed at the Waterfront Restaurant. The jackpot money will be paid out by cheque no more than 5 days after the draw date.

If more than one person wins the Jackpot it will be divided equally.

Any dispute received in WRITING regarding any part of the 3 ball lotto process will be thoroughly addressed by Trearddur Bay F.C. Committee.

The person who sold the winning ticket will receive a £25 "sellers payment.

The jackpot will start at £150 and if its not won it shall increase by £50 each week.
