Bay get all three points at home against llanfairfechan
Trearddur bay returned to league action today against Llanfairfechan town at home. With a strong wind behind the away team Bay went out expecting to be under some sustained pressure but it never came with Bay controlling the ball from the off and played with the composure they haven't shown since before the new year. Bay created chance after chance in the first half but the Llan keeper was upto anything thrown at him and made several saves from one on one from Barry Haigh, Asa Thomas and Ian Williams. Bay did have a scare when Llan took a corner and with the far superior height within the team caused a panic in the home teams area the ball eventually hitting the bar and the ref giving a free kick for a push on a defender. It ended all square at half time. Bay came out second half and continued to dominate, The very lively Barry Haigh finally breaking the deadlock 10 mins after the restart, he added another 15 mins later and then Ian William got on the score sheet. Asa Thomas topped off his man of the match preformance by getting a great solo goal at the end to make it 4 nil.
