PLEASE SEE ITINERARY FOR THIS SUNDAY
Hi Everyone,
Tring Rugbys BIG Day Out, 12th Feb 2012 (London Wasps MatchDay CoachClass)
I would like to welcome you to join us for Tring Rugby's BIG Day Out on Sunday 12th Feb 2012. We are set for an early start, so those of you joining me on the bus please be at the club in time for an 8.00am departure (we will not wait if you are late!). Below is a short agenda for the day, but I have attached a full itinerary with some important instructions, so please take the time to read these to ensure you are able to enjoy the day.
8.00am Bus departs Tring Rugby Club (8.00am sharp!) for all those booked on the bus.
8:30 - 8:50 Arrive at RGS and prepare for rugby coaching
8:50 - 9:00 Briefing for group and split players into age groups and London Wasps Community Coaches
9:00 - 11:00 Coaching Session
11.20am Depart RGS for Adam Park Stadium
12:15pm Meet in front (inside the stadium) of the Dreams stand for community photographs
13:00pm A selected 20 from the group to meet on the corner of the Dreams stand/buck new uni stand for the tunnel of honour
13:15pm Kick Off
15.00pm Depart Adams Park for Tring Rugby Club (those booked on the bus only)
16.00pm Arrive at Tring Rugby Club
