Team Bonding Day
Ratho Climbing Centre 9:30 meet
We are at the Ratho indoor climbing centre this Saturday. Please be there for 9.30am sharp, you will be given spa and changing room passes at that time.
You will be split into 2 groups and will then rotate round 4 stations, each lasting 30 minutes. Soup and rolls will be provided after the fitness circuits. For the day you will need shorts (plus spare pair for spa), a t-shirt, pair of trainers & a towel.
Please note that the normal cost per person is £40, we are getting all this for FREE.
I will take a list of names on tonight at training for those attending, we need a minimum of 20.
