The club are looking for a suitably qualified Senior Coach to help with the development of the senior playing squad. The role is part of the senior coaching team with particular focus on the 2nd XV. This is a volunteer position that provides a potential development opportunity for a senior coach who wishes to gain further experience and progress or a newly qualified coach who is looking for their first opportunity within a senior coaching environment. Working in this environment there will be the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced and successful Head Coach.

The individual fulfilling this role will support the 2nd XV on match days and be responsible for providing feedback on team and player performance, including talent spotting.
