Autumn International Tickets
Application/Order form for Autumn international tickets.
RFU Senior Registartion Form
This form must be completed by any club member that wishes to play in any league or EDF cup fixture. Players will only become eligible to play in these fixtures once registration is confirmed. Players joining the club that are already registered with another club should also complete the Transfer form below.
Senior Transfer Form
This form should be completed by any player wishing to transfer an existing registration with a previous club to Tupton RUFC.
NLD Junior Registration Form
This form should be completed on behalf of all junior players by their parent/guardian, along with the rfu registration documnet and medical consent forms (below) to fully register a junior player.
