Rugby Ready Course

The club is holding a Rugby Ready Course on 21st July. It is open to anyone in the club.

The World Rugby (IRB) Rugby Ready programme was launched to educate, aid and support players, coaches, match officials on the importance of sufficient preparation for training and playing in order for rugby to be played and enjoyed while reducing the risk of serious injury. It runs for about 3 hours, 20% Classroom delivery and Interactive tasks; 80% Practical (outside).

Please be at the club from 6.30pm. The course will start at 7pm prompt.
