Eagles RFC wishes everyone a very merry Christmas!
... and a happy new year 2012!
Year 2011 was really important to Eagles RFC as this was the first year we had to manage without the coaching from the clubfounder Miikka Lahtinen. Luckily, Alastair Davies filled the huge boots well and managed to get out the best of the team within a relatively short pre-season.
During 2011-2012 off-season, Eagles will be training harder than ever as our goal is to make a even bigger mark in Finnish rugbyscene during the next season. We'll also be celebrating 10. year of rugby in Turku, these celebrations will include a springtime tour in Italy, hosting a mens national team homegame against Bulgaria and also other activities which will be published once the program is finalised.
From the behalf of the Board, I want to thank all clubmembers: men, ladies and juniors as well as our fans and all people involved!
