The Annual General Meetings of Twickenham Rugby Football Club and Twickenham Rugby Football Club Limited will be held at the Clubhouse, Parkfields, South Road Hampton at 8pm on Wednesday 27 July 2016.

Following the Resolution that the club should incorporate, agreed at its Extraordinary General Meeting of 23 March 2016, considerable progress has been made in transferring the assets and liabilities of Twickenham Rugby Football Club into Twickenham Rugby Football Club Limited. As a result of the transitional nature of our structure, this year’s AGM will comprise two separate meetings-

1. The AGM of the Twickenham Rugby Football Club for the year ending 31 May 2016 which will in effect be the final such meeting.

2. The first AGM of Twickenham Rugby Football Club Limited. Under the Company’s Articles of Incorporation there is no specific requirement to hold such a meeting in its first calendar year but it is considered appropriate to do so as it will provide an opportunity to update members on the changes which are taking place.
