Annual General meeting of Twickenham Rugby Football Club
REMINDER
The Annual General Meeting of Twickenham Rugby Football Club Limited will be held in the clubhouse at 7.30pm on Wednesday 12 September 2018.
One Agenda item will be the election of officers as provided in Part 3 of the Articles of Association.
The current officers who are due to retire at the meeting are as follows:
Chairman- Martin Taylor
Chief Operating Officer- Joe Samuels
Hon. Treasurer- Gary Archibald
Hon. Secretary- Tim Hodgson
The Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, Hon. Treasurer and Hon. Secretary are ex-officio members of the Board of Twickenham Rugby Football Club Limited
All the current officers are prepared to offer themselves for re-election at the AGM. However, it is open to any voting member to nominate another member to stand for any of the above positions subject to the following procedure:
1. A proposal to include the name of the proposed nominee, proposer and a seconder all of whom must be voting members and confirmation of the candidate’s preparedness to stand.
2. The proposal to be sent by email to the Hon. Secretary at timjhodgson@btinternet.com not later than Wednesday 5 September 2018.
If no such nominations are received the current officers will be declared elected unopposed at the AGM.
