Season 2017/18 Membership Fees due in full by 1st October 2017
Online Registration Form to Activate Membership:
This season we will no longer be accepting paper membership forms with all members required to complete the online registration form to activate membership. The online form can be accessed via main club website or section websites or via ipad behind bar with staff happy to assist completion of forms.
Payment can now also be made via card machine behind the bar however must still be backed up by online membership form. Any member that does not complete the online form will not be permitted to take part in matches as membership will not be activated. Online form must be completed by actual play or guardian and contain individuals information.
Season 2017/18 Membership Offers:
• New Members Half Price Membership - All “NEW” Junior, Intermediate and Senior members.
• New Under 12 Members – Playing kit provided in return for membership payment via section.
(“New” = not been a member of club in last 5 years / playing or none playing and under 12 on 1/10/17).
No Pay No Play:
From 1st October 2017 (1st June 2017 for Cricket), UC&SC’s no pay no play policy will come into force for all members unless paying monthly.
6 Monthly Payments:
This season we are allowing Ordinary Intermediate and Senior members to pay their fees over 6 months with payments required by 1st July, August, September, October, November and December 2017 (For cricket 1st April, 1st May, 1st June, 1st July, 1st August and 1stSeptember 2017). If a payment is missed or not in place by 1st of month membership will be suspended until fees paid in full. (Online registration form must also be completed to activate membership and allow you to play matches).
Same household discount *:
Eldest two household members = no discount. Subsequent household members 21 or over = no discount.
Subsequent household members if under 21 = 50% discount. *Social membership categories are not included.
Payment methods (Electronic banking preferred payment method)
Electronic Banking: The banking details are sort code 82-70-03, account number 20295013. Please ensure that your surname (typed in BLOCK letters) is included as a reference with the payment. (Online registration form must also be completed to activate membership and allow you to play matches).
Chip and Pin at Bar: Card machine behind bar can now be used for making membership payments. (Online registration form must also be completed to activate membership and allow you to play matches).
Note: Once the fee has been paid in full, members can collect their new membership card from behind the bar (please allow up to 14 days for the new card to be ready). Members should be able to produce their membership card when requested to do so by bar staff or any Board member.

By joining the club it is assumed by default that the member agrees and accepts all club / sections regulations, guidelines, code of conducts, disciplinary procedures etc and in turn will abide by them fully.
