DU Rugby attained its highest ever finish in the national rankings by attaining 3rd spot after a 14-1 season. The team's only loss was against #1 and national champion St. John's University. The Pioneers claimed ranked victories over the following teams:

#4 - Mount St. Mary's
#5 - St. Edward's University
#7 - Santa Rosa
#13 - New Mexico Highlands
#15 - Pepperdine University
#21 - UT-Dallas
#25 - Colorado School of Mines

DU Rugby will look to continue to build upon this season and is currently recruiting and accepting players for next season.
