Under the guidance and program of new Strength & Conditioning Coach Alex Friedman, University of Denver Rugby is improving their fitness and putting on the necessary weight for a successful Spring campaign.
The team will endure a multi-week plan that includes 3 days lifting and 3 days of fitness with an additional fourth day of lifting for those seeking some extra work. Your Pioneers will be busy building themselves physically while also being encouraged to work on ball skills to keep the rust away.
