New Players Welcome
New players are always welcome, look at our fixtures and come along on a day when training is shown. You can find details of the coach for your child’s age group by clicking on the appropriate age group page.
To come along and join in you just need a gum guard, normal sports clothing (without zips) a pair of football boots or trainers if the ground is hard. New players don’t have to join straight away, we allow a few sessions to make sure they enjoy rugby before asking you to join.
Upminster have a thriving Mini and Midi's section well supported in all age groups. All age groups play regular friendly matches both at home and away, as well as representing the club in a number of Rugby Festivals - with a high degree of success. There is an annual tour normally around Easter, an Awards Day at the end of the season as well as Social events for children and parents throughout the season.
