Hello all Just an update on touch rugby at Upminster.
We run from 6.30pm-9.30pm at The Campion School Wingletye Lane,Hornchurch,RM11 3BX.
The first hour we will be running ladies only session alongside our mixed players and regular sessions to help recruit and develop more female players playing sport. Mums,sisters,aunts,daughters etc #GetInvolved any ability
Touch rugby is NON contact great fun and Fitness.
Astro all weather pitch floodlit, so come along and see what it's all about.
