For some years we have seen our young players leave our club to join other clubs to play a better level of Rugby. I am pleased to say most of them still regard our club as their home.

The playing of rugby is why our club exists and whilst the new clubhouse, All Weather Pitch etc. will give us some of the best facilities in the area, the appointment of two of the best coaches in Essex to the adult club will make the biggest impact on our future on the pitch
They will set a standard of playing not seen for many years at our club
Already four of our adult players have secured representative honors this season

The game will decide whether we are promoted to the London North East 3. The better sides we play the better we will play. This will ensure our young players stay with us. With the work all of you put in the developing young players we will not accept being a feeder club to others.

We will play the best rugby in the best environment for years to come
