On the 1st Thursday of every month the club committee meet to discuss the running of the club, it is during these meetings that the committee will vote on the decisions that need to be made to benefit the club and move it forward. Committee meetings are not exclusive to club members who have been elected to various positions and we welcome every member of the club to attend each committee meeting so that they can have their say on matters that effect the club. The more members that attend our meetings the more united and driven the club will be.

The committee is always ready to hear any issues or ideas that individual members have regardless of how minor they might seem to be, so to make sure your voice is heard please attend our monthly meetings, exact details can be obtained through the team captains.

Proposed agendas for the next meetings will be put on the website and also in the club.
