Seniors Training is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30pm please feel free to contact either the 1st XV or Development XV captains.
Junior training will vary from team to team, please do not hesitate to contact any of the relevant coaches.
If you are unable to get in touch with the relevant captian or coach please contact another member of the club and they will pass on any information to the relevant persons
