To provide young people with the opportunity to play Rugby in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Anyone Under the age of 18 should be consdered as a young person.
To ensure that all relevent members who have regular supervisory contact with children or a management responsibilty for those working with young people undertake a criminal records bureau disclosure.
To ensure that all adults who work with young people are aware of their role and responsibilities
To take all reasonable practical steps to protect young people from harm, discrimination or degrading treatment.
To respect young people's rights, reasonable wishes and feelings.
To take action on any concerns, suspicions or allegations concerning child welfare via required RFU guidelines.
To work in partnership with parents/carers for the protection of young people.
To provide training opportunities for adults in the club.
To ensure guidelines are in place to control and monitor the use of photographic images of children.
