The Under 12's started their dream journeys to become Lancashire Champions way back in November when the initial group games were held. After three rounds of challenging rugby the team qualified for Final's Day held at Aldwinians RUFC.

Vale began their quest for the silverware at Aldwinians, wining their strong group matches with spirited performances against Warrington, Littleborough and Waterloo for a place in the semi-finals against Manchester. Victory brought them face to face with old rivals, Fylde. In a evenly matched, exciting, tense final, the game ended all square meaning that the two clubs were crowned joint champions.

It had been a long road for the Under 12's but it was a wonderful achievement for a talented group of youngsters, who received massive support from parents, friends, Team Manager Sam Trowse and their three hard working and dedicated Coaches, Barry Dobson, Oliver Dobson and Barry Trowse.
