Fitness & Diet for Rugby - Introduction

Within this section, which will be added to and expanded over time, will be articles, links, information and training programmes which have been developed for overall healthy diet, good aerobic and muscular fitness, as well as items more specifically tailored for rugby fitness, strength and conditioning.
Players are encouraged to read the articles, and use them in your training programs, both mid-season, and in pre-season.
