The club has made the tough decision to not go ahead with the planned fundraiser this Saturday night. The numbers intending to go were disappointing and given we will only get one chance to make this a successful event, we have decided to push the event back to another night. Our intention is to have the event in the next month or so when we hope more people will be available and can commit to coming along.

To those that have purchased a ticket please hold on to them as they will give you entry to the new night planned. If you have made a group booking could you let them know of the now changed situation. To all the sponsors who have put up money and prizes for the races and auctions we sincerely thank you and will make sure you are acknowledged on the night for your generosity.

Finally, we will shortly advise the player group of the planned new date and would ask that everyone makes an effort to attend. There are 84 paid up playing members and 10 to 12 past / social members in our club, plus we had 25 outsiders coming along so we would expect to have no trouble getting a good crowd on the night.

Remember it could well be someone else that finds them self in a tough position and the club would always come to your aid.
