PRE-SEASON TRAINING UPDATE - New Video
Pre-season is now well underway! For those of you that have yet to attend, or fancy getting fit over the summer? We have a new video for you:

Training every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm with a Captain’s Run at 7pm (sharp)
So if you don't want to be left behind in the queue for places, best be there promptly.
If you know somewone who is interested in playing in London South East 3, or in fact for the 2's and 3's, then bring them along.
It's gonna be tough next year in all three teams, so get fit.
All players to attend and any new players welcome.
