Wadebridge 10 - Launceston 17

Launceston put the pressure on from the kick off resulting in forced handling errors from them.

Wadebridge's first try was scored by Hugo Culverhouse followed by a converted try from Launceston.

Half Time score 5-7

Both teams were battling hard but Launceston scored another 2 trys taking it to 5-17.

Launceston were attacking deep into the Wadebridge half and Owen Wilson made a very good hard hit on the Launceston hooker which unfortunately resulted in Owen needing paramedic attention and the game was moved to another field for the remaining 5 mins. Wadebridge had a constant barrage on the Launceston try line and kept it out until finally Joe Norris crosses making it 10-17. Wadebridge were desperately looking to score but unfortunately Launceston managed to clear and the whistle was blown.

A disappointing result for Wadebridge but a well played match.
