Camels tore into Lankelly from the start, continuing the form they showed against St Austell last week to rack up tries in the first fifteen minutes through Thomas, Rhys, Ethan, Thomas again and Rhys again.
Lankelly then mounted their first real attack, driving close to the Camels line. Camels counter-rucked and Jack kicked clear - Lankelly's Connor collected the ball and set off on a brilliant run, evading several tackles before running into the Camels pack. In the ensuing ruck Connor's knee was injured.
That resulted in a lengthy delay. While both teams were up for playing on, Lankelly's coach made the sensible decision to abandon the game once the players became cold.
Best wishes to Connor from all at the Camels.
