The camp will cost just £5 per day and this includes safe rugby coaching from accredited coaches from Waid and the Scottish Rugby Union, water and a goodie bag at the end of the camp.

The coaches leading the sessions consist of 3 UKCC accredited coaches from the SRU who are trained in first aid which is specific to rugby. The 3 days will cover key national themes set by the SRU to develop each player.

The sessions will be full contact and revolve around the key themes of Hand Catch, Ball Presentation, Individual Tackle Technique and the Offload
