Welcome to the start of another exciting season for Waikwi School Boys Rugby. We hope to see a lot of old and new faces this year. We have most coaches from last year returning but if there are any new parents who want to give it a go this year please phone Paul Tomlins on 2178115 after 6.00 pm.

Passing your rugby knowledge on to these kids is very rewarding.

This years Committee is excited about the up and coming season. We have the same committed people involved this season with everyone taking on various tasks as listed below, we look forward to seeing you throughout the season.

Choose Junior Registration Form and a blank form will pop up for you to complete and submit. Please ensure that all details are updated and correct for the coming season.

For your registration to be confirmed you must ensure your fees are paid. If you have not already registered and paid for your fees online (Bank Accounts Details: Waikiwi Rugby Football Club – 031746 0040302 00) please ensure that you come along to one of the following Registration Days.
Registration & Weigh In at the Waikiwi RFC Clubrooms, Bainfield Road:

Thursday 19 March 4.00 – 6.00 pm
Sunday 22 March 3.00 – 5.00 pm

Orders being taken at Weigh In for:
Hoodies - Kids $35.00 / Adults $45.00
Training Jackets - Kids $35.00 / Adults $40.00
Second Hand Waikiwi Training Jerseys available to purchase @ $5.00
Boot Exchange (bring along any old boots). 2nd hand boots also available @ Club.

2015 School Boy Fees are as follows:

1 Child $30.00 + $13.00 for team photo
2 Children $45.00 + $13.00 for team photo
3 Children $55.00 + $13.00 for team photo

All fees are required to be paid on the day of registration, if you have not already paid online. Cash or cheque only, no eftpos available unless you have previously arranged with Paul to pay at a later date.

Any new Under 6 players must be 5 years old by 1 May or they will be ineligible to play, as ACC do not cover children under the age of 5.

Code of Conduct:

As we are at schoolboy level, we don’t anticipate this to occur, but if there are any problems there will be repercussions eg. players being stood down, depending on the seriousness of the incident.

The highly successful pre-season training will be held again this season for all grades starting on 11 March at 6.00 pm to approx 7.00 pm. Terry Haywood and Des Cairns will be taking this along with a few other coaches until the boys are put into their teams.

The first game for the season will be Saturday 2 May with the final game on 1 August. No game on the 11 July (middle week of the school holidays).
