Standing Order Form

Subscription fees for the 2018-2019 season have been set at £150.

We work really hard to keep our fees as low as possible. As a non-profit making and wholly volunteer led club, we cannot operate without the timely and full payment of fees.

All monies collected are fed back directly into the running of our the boys and girls teams. For example:

• League Fees
• Pitch Fees
• Referees Fees
• Winter Training Facilities
• Essential Equipment
• Tournament Entry Fees
• Presentation Night Trophies
• etc.etc.

Please ensure that you adhere to the payment schedule detailed below. Failure to keep up with payments will result in your child not being allowed to register / play for our club. We do not want this to happen.

£50 signing-on fees to be paid by 1st August 2018
4 x £25 monthly fee October, November, December, January
