Wantage are in FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round replay action this Tuesday night 16th September - 745 kick off at Alfredian Park when they entertain Flackwell Heath of the Hellenic League Premier Division.

The two sides met in a classic cup tie at Wilks Park last weekend which ended in a 3-3 tie with both sides having been in front at some stage. Graham Malcolm's charges showed their ability at the weekend by coming back from a 3-1 deficit with the lively Gavin James and Dan Rapley causing problems all day for the Fred's back line - you can see why they are one of the front runners for the title that we won last season.

The winners will receive a bye into Round 3 of qualifying - due to withdrawal of Salisbury City at a late stage.

Wantage team news is that Karl Roberts is suspended, Stuart Cattell is ruled out with a calf strain and Lee Henderson is ruled out by his parent club who do not want him cup-tied but Brad Shaw is hoping to shake off a knock to play.
