Ciprian is an UEFA B qualified coach/manager, who was offered his first professional contract as a player at the age of 16. He has worked with clubs such as Slough Town FC, Wycombe Wanderers FC, Henley Town FC and his current job is at Crystal Palace FC.

He also runs his own football academy called Think Train Play Like A Pro which works with individual players that want to work towards a professional career in football, placing players at clubs like Arsenal, Wycombe Wanderers, Farnborough and other clubs.

Ciprian said "First of all I want to say a big thank to Wantage Town FC for offering me the opportunity to manage the Development Team. It's an honour to be given the opportunity to be part of such an amazing club. My main priority will be to work closely with the Development Team and other teams in the Club to develop them as footballers. I can see a fantastic future for Wantage Town FC because there are a lot of amazing people that want the best for this club.
