Defensive mistakes contributed to all three goals conceded at Wodson Park in a game where the visitors needed to do little to take the game whilst Ware just did little of note.
Early pressure from the home side brought Marcus Milner a couple of half chances and Ryan Wade, on his return to the club in its injury and suspension crisis, almost notched one. But despite lots of possession with nearly all the second period being spent in the visitors half Ware never really put the Felixstowe defence under pressure.
If Wade's free kick that hit the cross bar had been a couple of inches lower it might have sparked Ware and spooked the visitors but it was not to be.
Results elsewhere mean that Tuesday's league game at home to Chatham is on. Kick off 7.45pm.
A full match report will be posted in due course.
Felixstowe travel to Enfield Town in the next round and we wish them well there.
