Draw at Cray leaves Ware level on points with Thurrock but behind on goal difference as Blues add to the weekend's red card tally.

Ware couldn't find the finishing touch in an end to end first half and went behind in the 39th minute.

They upped the tempo after the break and equalised through Albert Adu early in the second period. Ware continued to press for a winner but Finbarr Robins dismissal with less than 20 minutes to go seemed to have ended their hopes.

However, to their credit Ware mounted more attacks and in one raid Kieran Bishop was coming close to pulling the trigger on a potential goal shot when the ball hit a divot and it all came to nothing.

In the end Cray might have won the game with an added time penalty but it was poorly struck and even the rebound was blasted high over the bar.
