1. Chairman's Player of the Month
Phil Drew, Club Chairman, is delighted to announce that the Chairman's Player of the Month for May 2016 is Razwan Hanif. Raz is new to the club and has already established himself as a key inspirational player in the 2's, with his ability to get wickets and runs. He is certainly a worthy player of the month.

Reminder to all team captains and managers, nominations for June need to be made by the end of the month.

2. Social
The club is holding an Hawaiian Evening on Friday 24th June from 5pm. So dig out your grass skirts and colourful shirts because Hawaii is coming to your cricket club, with prizes for best dressed, limbo dancing, cocktails and an Hawaiin style barbecue. Tickets will be on sale soon for the Annual Club Dinner held at the clubhouse on Saturday 24th September - not to be missed. Details to follow.

3. Club Scorer
We are currently on the lookout for a scorer for our League matches. This is a great opportunity to get more involved in the club. It is a voluntary role and training is given. Contact Ken Clark (kenclark3@btinternet.com) if you are interested

4. General Club News
- In the Adult squad all teams are competitive and doing well

- There is a Colts Presentation Evening on Friday 15th July. Training will carry on that night as usual.

- The Girl's squad is enjoying their cricket - training and playing in their first matches and tournaments. Much effort is going into promoting girls cricket at Wargrave.

- Sunday 3rd July Chairman's XI v Chiltern League representative side. Come along and meet some old friends and adversaries.
