Walking rugby is a gentler, non-contact version of the game. It’s particularly suited to; Retired players, who miss playing and want a gentler pace. Players recovering from injury who want a gentle introduction back into playing. And over-50’s after a fun way to keep active and socialise.
Based on the contact and touch laws. Previous experience of the game is helpful but nowhere near necessary.
Each session is £1 per person.
