Warlingham Colts F.C. & NRT Electrical Charity Golf Day.
In aid of The Jake Douglas Appeal.
Friday 20th July, 2012 @ Farleigh Court Golf Club.

Entrance is £280 per team of 4.
This includes –

• full english breakfast,
• 18 holes of championship golf
• followed by a 3 course meal
The day will start with a registration at 9.15am and 1st tee-off at 10.15am and the final tee off at 13.00pm.

After 18 holes of championship golf, where there will be an individual winner and best team prize up for grabs, we will enjoy a 3 course meal and time to catch up with friends and colleagues.

The sole purpose of this day is to get the local community and friends of Warlingham Football Club and the business associates of NRT Electrical together for a fun day and to raise money for this worthwhile cause. Every single penny of profit will be donated to The Jake Douglas Appeal.

Who is Jake Douglas –
He is a 5 year old and has a rare brain tumour called a Craniopharyngioma, in the past 22 months he has had 5 operations and countless MRI Scans and this Golf Day is too raise funds in support of treatment and costs in sending him to America.
