Football Festival - We need your help!
We are looking for volunteers from our club members to support this event with just an hour or so of their time
The Football Festival will take place on the 1st July starting at 9am with the "Masters" five a side event with the legends game KO at 2.30pm.
There will be lots of other events and activity throughout the day to cater for all age groups.
A lot of hard work has been done by the committee specially convened to organise the event and we are obviously very keen for it to be a success.
To enable us to acheive this we are going to need lots of help on the day and throughout the day.
Things like the following:
Car park control
Information kiosk
Stools
Stewards
Litter patrol
Master event admin
Comunications
There is no reason for this to be a burden if we can get enough volunteers to spread the load and reduce everybodies commitment to just 1 or 2 hours each. In that way everybody can enjoy the day.
There are no restrictions on the age of helpers (within reason)or any special skills required.
If you can help then that would be great - please contact your club representative - Team Manager/Chairman etc
