Pre season training starts Tuesday 11th July 7.15pm at Verdayne Gardens/Hamsey Green Playing Fields
Its that time again - dust off your boots and lets get back to fitness in time for the pre season friendlies starting in August.
Bring as many friends along as you can - all are welcome.
