Welcome to Wasps Ladies 1st & 2nd XV website!

Wasps Ladies is a highly competitive amateur women's rugby team based in Acton, West London. Our 1st team competes in the RFU Womens Premiership and our 2nd team competes in RFU Womens Championship South 1, the top two levels of rugby in the country. The level of players in our squad ranges from beginners to internationals - we welcome all players, regardless of skill level!

We train together as a squad and both teams have dedicated coaches (for both forwards and backs) that put the time and effort in passing on their expertise to the players. The coaching provided will give you the necessary skills to be successful on the pitch.

We train hard, and are a sociable bunch off the pitch too! Our dedicated social team work hard to organise brilliant events throughout the year!
