Remembrance Sunday is this Sunday. Please could you remind each coach to gather everyone around in good time and try to keep them as quiet as possible for the 2 minute silence, which will be sounded by Mick at 11am.

Christmas Dinner (13th Dec): This year we’d love to see each age group taking a table. U14s go to the top of the class for already sorting out a table of 8! Please could I ask the rest of you to get together a table of 8 or 10 within your age group? Please see the poster attached.

Christmas Market (30th Nov): this is a family event, open to everyone. There’ll be Christmassy stalls, festive buffet, raffle, grotto, professional players dressed up, etc. It should be good fun. Netta will be selling tickets every Sunday for just £10 per family (includes buffet and access to the grotto!) so please spread the word and send people her way! Please see the poster attached.

Sunday lunches: a few people are catching on to the fact that we are serving (quite yummy) lunches after training/matches. It is a different dish each week, prepared by our new Italian chef. Please encourage people to hang around and have a bite to eat. We are hoping that this will develop into regular Sunday roasts, etc if there is demand.

Autumn Internationals: as you probably know, we are showing every England (and others on demand) match at the club. It is on the website, facebook, etc and we have put posters up round the club. Please help by spreading the word – it would be great to get a really good atmosphere in the club on these days!

Jumble sale: please spread the word to everyone to bring any second hand clothes down to the club. We’re putting on a jumble sale each month to raise funds for the club.
