Firwood Waterloo Ladies are embarking on their second season in the Tyrells Premier 15s League. This league is focussed on developing the England players of the future. To support this aim, Waterloo are looking to appoint a Development XV coach to join the staff.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to developing the next generation of Elite players, preparing them for Premiership and ultimately England International duty.
• Work as part of the high-performing coaching team alongside Director of Rugby, Head Coach and other coaches, including S&C
• Plan & deliver high impact training segments as part of wider coaching plan
• Work as part of coaching team to identify, develop and promote elite players within the squad
• Deliver a range of further development coaching sessions throughout the Northwest
