Waterloo U16's players progress to North Final Trial
Two Waterloo Under 16's forwards have been selected to play in the North of England U16's final trial game ar Wilmslow High School.
The trial will take place on the morning of 28th January. Dan Groves (prop) and Charlie Beckett(back row)are the latest in a long line of players from Waterloo Mini and Junior Section to reach this level in recent seasons. Both boys attended the development weekend in Leeds and their performances there gained them their places in the final trial match. We all wish both boys the best of luck in achieving a place in the North of England final squad.
If selected for the North squad they will represent the North at the Divisional Festival at Broadstreet RUFC in February where the England selectors and coaches will select players for the England U16 schools squads.
