AGM Notice

All, please consider this formal notification for Watford Rugby Club's Annual General Meeting.

The agenda will be circulated nearer the date, however note that nominations are now being accepted for the following committee positions:

Chairman
Vice Chairman
Director of Rugby
Secretary
Club (1st XV) Captain
2nd XV Captain
Treasurer
YDO
Social Secretary

If you wish to nominate someone for one of the above positions, please complete the attached AGM nomination paper. Nominations can only be made by fully paid club members, and all nominations must also be seconded by a club member. The nominee must also agree to being put forward.

As always, it is of the utmost importance that members attend to hear the committee reports and have their say on who they want to represent the club.
