- Firstly, our Senior Presentation Night (and Under 17s) is this Saturday, starting at 7.30pm. All Senior and Junior members and their families are invited - hopefully the night will be as busy as our Junior Presentation Night last month.

- Saturday 25th November is my Birthday, and the club is open from around 2.30pm on the Saturday afternoon (after Barnsley have beaten Leeds). All are welcome!

- Finally, we have a couple of new faces to welcome to the club. Firstly, after a very successful season for our Under 17s, Haris Hussain has decided to play his Senior Cricket with the Club too. This is fantastic news, as Haris is a very promising Wicket Keeper Batsman who has represented Yorkshire Schools and Yorkshire Cricket Board over the last few years. Off Spinner Jack Moran also joins us from Whiston Parish Church. Jack was man of the match in a winning effort in the Presidents Trophy Cup Final in 2017 and had a very successful season.

This underlines our commitment to giving opportunities to young talent from the local area - we have a very successful junior set up and hopefully the two lads will compliment the 'home grown' talent that makes up the majority of the club.
