12th July Penllergaer Forestry, Forest Run and games with Sprints STARTS 6.30pm
14TH July Three Cliffs, meet in Masons at 12.30pm or alternatively meet in shepards Car Park will be leaving car park 1.30pm bring a change of cloths as will be getting wet
16th July Singleton Park, Meet front entrance by oystermouth rd.trainers / boots if wet weather. STARTS 6.30.
19th July Waunarlwydd Top Field, Touch Rugby, skills, strength work meet 6.30pm
21st July FUNKY PUMP SESSION TBC….
