Following recent discussions with HMRC, the Club has been presented with a substantial demand for repayment for which the value was more or less expected, however, the time period for repayment is extremely challenging and could have far-reaching ramifications for the Club.

For this reason a meeting of all members: playing; non-playing and social is called in order that the Management Committee can present the details of the HMRC demand, some options as how we might respond and the corresponding actions required by all members.

Please be under no illusion that this is an extremely serious situation and your attendance is, therefore, appreciated.
