Monday Night Training Sessions

All players are required.

New for Monday nights training sessions.

 

Tony will be taking a sprinting session from 7-8 then a specific weight session from 8-9.

This needs everyone's full support so we can get back into this season with a good level of fitness and the correct attitude.
