Wellington Amateurs Harriers Under 10's welcomes you to the new 2011/12 season.
Hello and welcome to Wellington Amateurs Harriers Under 10's.
I am Mark Conway and I am the Manager/Coach of an enthusiastic team who is striving to increase their football development and fitness. I am a qualified FA Football Coach and have a current CRB.
This new 2011/12 football season will be an exciting one as we are looking for new players to start this second Under 10's team to join the Telford Junior Football League this season.
Together with Mark Reilly (Manager of the other Under 10's team) our aim and objective is to develop grassroots football in giving young players an opportunity to learn and develop in Football and to make this experience as fun as we can. We have huge plans this season with our NEW Coaching programme which will involve football skills, learning and development, including fitness, balance and co-ordination. We want to put fun back into football and our Football sessions will involve the young players making their own decisions and assist in Coaching the sessions themselves. This will increase their understanding of football and bring out their potential for being coaches.
The team no longer has any spaces left for this season, however, next season we will move from 7v7 into 9v9 format so this will create two more spaces in the team. If you wish to be apart of this team please do not hesitate to contact me on the following:
