The home side had a blend of youth and experience but the visitors dominated from the kick-off keeping Wells pinned in their own 22 for most of the first half.
After the break Wells made a few positional changes and were more prominent and came close to scoring three times.
However a couple of unforced errors saw Sulians score from long distance and put the game beyond the reach of Wells.
The players began to tire in the hot conditions but still managed some good attacking rugby.
Captain Jason Knox and the players thanked physio Jack Baker for his efforts during a tough season.
The team can now look forward to next season when the youngsters such as Sam Garrett, Luke Taylor, Connor Frew and Jo Kerrigan should excel.
