Ordering guidelines.
Please print the application form complete and sign it and post to Kevin Smith at the address given to apply for tickets. Or, preferably sign and scan the form and e-mail back to internationaltickets@welwynrugby.co.uk
Stipulate the match, price category of ticket and the number of adult and Junior (if applicable) tickets being requested.
There will be no acknowledgement of the receipt of your application. If you are successful, partly or wholly unsuccessful in your application you will be notified
Deadline for applications is Friday 27th July 2018

There are only Junior tickets available for the Japan match. Please advise if any tickets for the other matches ordered are for children so that seats can be allocated accordingly.

Requests for any 'special needs' for attendees, e.g. wheelchair access, should also be detailed on your form.

Depending on availability you may be allocated tickets at a lower price point than requested. You will be advised of your allocation and then asked to either send a cheque for the total value or transfer the money within 7 days of being advised to secure the tickets.

A single £2.00 admin fee should also be added to your order payment.

Please be aware that the RFU normally despatch tickets close to the start of the series. You should therefore not expect delivery of your tickets earlier than approximately 2 weeks before that time.

Be advised only full paying Welwyn RFC members are eligible to apply for international tickets.
