On Sunday 15th March four members of the Welwyn U15 girls team (Daisy Mae-Parker, Chloe Olliffe, Helena Rowland and Cara Wardle) represented the South East of England in the first of three matches against teams from the North, Midlands and South West . The first match played at Birmingham Exiles RFC was against a team from the North. The South East of England ran out eventual winners 17 - 12, with all of the Welwyn girls playing a significant contribution to the final result. The South East of England team was also captained by Helena Rowland.
